I Don't like to bring the sadness of the world to this place because in so many ways it's my safe haven.....
This is the place I come to when I feel like the world has gone mad......
All of the amazing people I have met through this blog journey have given me such faith in the human being....most of the people of the world are good....
So it is very hard this morning to take in all that has happen here in my own back yard...only 31 miles from my safe haven....only one street from a clinic I worked at for several years...
this area of Boston is so beautiful....probably the most beautiful...so it is a very sad day here and I am trying to find a place to fit today....
I think I will have to make bread....pat my kitties....hug all the children I love so...
Bloody Hell....What is the matter with the world!!!! A little boy.....a dear little boy....it just breaks my heart....pointless....
So Thank you all out there for making some sense of the world....for bringing humor ...kindness....creativity....humanity to a world that feels at times like it is completely out of control....

This is such a sad country and has been for awhile, I don't know why. It's all so senseless.

ReplyDeleteHello Dear Holly, This horrible happening has sadden all of us. I do hope that no one close to you was affected by this tragedy. It is beyond belief each time I hear of something of this natural that involves hurting innocent people. To me, war is hard to understand, but this is impossible.
